The central living unit



The spacious, central living unit affords guests an open, airy living space. It comprises an open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything guests will need for a care-free, self-catering stay. It also features a laundry, cleverly concealed, a dining area and lounge area with a TV and comfortable seating. It has a Dover stove and dartboard. Guests are required to bring their own darts.

Two free standing bedroom units situated on either side of the central living unit.

Both spacious with en-suite bathrooms fitted with gas geysers. Sliding doors open onto own verandahs. Linen. Towels, Electric blankets. Wall mounted heaters.

Sleeps 2 sharing king-sized bed.

En-suite bathroom.  Shower and oval bath

Sleeps 4 sharing queen &  2 single beds.

All units and verandahs are linked with the curved wooden deck featuring comfortable outside furniture.

What to expect and not..



TV in main unit. It is connected with OpenView HD, but guests can bring their own DStv decoder, smartcard and remote. 


A 1-hour cleaning service of the central living area is included daily. An option to include a full cleaning service is available at an extra fee and includes public holidays, except Christmas and New Years.  



Due to the shoestring budget rate for 6 guests sharing, guests will need to provide all consumables and internet connection where required. No wood, ice, coffee and tea or bathroom amenities, no more than the initial toilet paper or dishwashing liquid will be supplied. It's self-catering.



The house is supplied with a 20-Amp electric power combined with quality gas appliances. Guests can use most appliances and devices simultaneously although high-usage devices like hairdryers and kettles plugged in simultaneously have the tendency to trip the power supply. Switch one off and wait until another device stops. Guests will probably never notice the difference of lower power capacity unless extreme usage occurs suddenly 


Sleeps 6.  More guests may be accommodated free of charge if guests are happy to share their bedroom floor space and provide own Mattress & bedding. In total, up to 8 guests allowed.  Please re-check bed configuration and floor space available before making a booking.
